The Challenge
- Lack of a single system for different processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance) asked for multiple reconciliation and manual data feed
- Lack of visibility of accurate headcount and organization chart & global Exit process
- Position data didn’t flow to MPR directly and had to be manually entered
