- A leading visa application processing company was looking for transforming its HR processes with automation
- Need to access HR information systems anytime, anywhere across 78 countries using cloud-based solution
- Lack of a system that has all HR processes on a single platform thereby a pressing need for seamless access to information
- Lack of visibility on employee records due to internal transfers leading to loss of critical data
- Unable to identify employee training needs and lack of employee engagement
The Solution
- Blueprint was selected as an implementation partner to deploy SAP SuccessFactors solution for VFS Globally.
- VFS identified regional leads as core team, who will lead the modules to be implemented and will be responsible for understanding current HR processes from their end users
